What is Tulip and Tunic's style?

I don't think we have just one style. We try to carry classic styles that can be your staple pieces. We also like to be comfortable, trendy, street-smart, and a little edgy.

How do the clothing sizes run?

We carry Regular and Curvy (plus) Size. We recognize the challenges of online shopping so we provide approximate measurements for each of our items instead of the typical number sizes.  How the measurement is taken is indicated on each item. For most, the measurement is for Length (shoulder to hem) and Width (across chest only; armpit to armpit). Because fit is subjective, we hope that this serves as a better guide for your purchase. Do you assist with helping customer's pick out an outfit together?

Is shipping really free at Tulips and Tunics?

Yes, for orders shipping to a US, APO or FPO address only. Free shipping is USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority depending on total weight of your purchase.  We will accommodate shorter shipping services for an additional cost. How about Gift Cards?

We do offer gift cards. You can purchase them here  for $10, $25, $50 and $100. Once you have made your purchase, your Gift Card code will be emailed to you.  Gift Cards expire a year after purchase.

Do you offer a preview of your inventory prior to offering it on the website?

On occasion, inventory is previewed on our Facebook group - Tulips and Tunics Insider Group. Please feel free to join the group to get the buzz on a preview upcoming merchandise and special sales.

What is your Exchange Policy?

We are a small boutique so we have limited quantities for our inventory. We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience at Tulips and Tunics. Should your order require a different size and/or color, we will gladly offer an exchange of the same item for a different color and/or size as long as we have your desired item in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size and/or color, send us an email at shoptulipsandtunics@gmail.com within 2 business days of receipt of your item. Your item exchange will be accepted provided it is in the condition you received it - unworn/unused, with tags intact and clean with no traces of dirt, make-up or perfume residue. It should be in a new and saleable condition. The cost of shipping an exchange/return is the customer's responsibility and should be postmarked no more than 5 business days of receiving merchandise. If an item is no longer in stock, we will offer you a store credit only for the amount of your purchase. You will not receive a store credit on your shipping cost. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your store credit. SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.

What is your Return Policy?

NO RETURN ON ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS. For regular price items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return provided it is in the condition you received it - unworn/unused, with tags intact and clean with no traces of dirt, make-up or perfume residue. We must be contacted immediately at shoptulipsandtunics@gmail.com in order to expedite your return process. Please state RETURN on the subject and include the invoice number and reason you are returning in your email. Your item should be postmarked no more than 5 business days of receiving your merchandise. Shipping cost of a returned item is the responsibility of the customer. RETURNS WILL BE GIVEN AS A STORE CREDIT ONLY. Full refund will only be given to damaged merchandise upon receipt. Your item is carefully inspected to guarantee that they are in the best quality and condition when we ship it out to you. If you are returning damaged merchandise, please include a photo of the damage(s) with your email. Tags should still be attached on the item. Once we receive and inspect your damaged merchandise, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your store credit or refund. You will not receive a refund or store credit on your shipping cost.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
